Diligente Technologies (“Diligente,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at www.diligentetechnologies.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. We collect the information you provide when you:

    contact us through our website,

apply for a job we have posted or submit your resume, or

sign up for our email newsletter.

Information from job applicants and candidates. Diligente is an IT staffing and recruiting company. When you apply for a role we post, submit your resume, or seek placement through us, we collect the information you provide — which may include your name, contact details, work history, education, skills and certifications, and anything else contained in your resume or application. Where relevant to a specific opportunity and permitted by law, we may also collect your work authorization status and, with your consent, the results of reference or background checks.

Information from workers we place. If we place you in a role as an employee (W-2) or independent contractor (1099), we collect the information needed to pay you and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Depending on your engagement, this may include your Social Security number or taxpayer identification number, home address, date of birth, government-issued identification for work-authorization (Form I-9) verification, bank account details for direct deposit, and tax withholding information. We use our payroll provider, Paychex, to process payroll and related tax filings.

Information from client contacts. When you contact us about hiring or engage our services, we collect your name, business contact details, and the details of your staffing needs.

When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard technical data through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. We use this to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising.
