Diligente Technologies has been placing IT talent since 2006. Rohita Joshi started the firm in the Bay Area around a simple observation: the largest agencies were built to move volume, and the clients and candidates who needed more than that were being left behind. There was room for a firm that would listen first and stay.
That idea took us into retail, banking, healthcare and life sciences, AI companies, SaaS and semiconductors. We stay focused on those six because depth compounds: every search in an industry makes the next one sharper, and our recruiters come to know the systems, the regulations and the people that matter in each.
We stay built for relationships. Clients work with the same people year after year, and when the market shifts, those relationships are what hold.
